Cancellation policy for breathwork coaching My breathwork coaching is a transformative experience that is specifically tailored to your needs. To ensure that our joint process remains safe, effective and appreciative, the following cancellation policy applies: 🕒 Cancellation & rebooking: Up to 24 hours before the appointment: Free cancellation or rebooking possible. Less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the fee will be charged. ⚠️ Health responsibility: Before the coaching, we will clarify any contraindications. It is your responsibility to inform me of any existing health restrictions (e.g. cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, severe psychological stress). If acute contraindications only become apparent during the session or have been concealed beforehand, I reserve the right to cancel or adapt the session without entitlement to a refund. 🔄 Flexibility & exceptions: In the event of acute illness or emergencies, you can rebook once free of charge, provided you inform me in good time. If I am unable to attend the appointment for important reasons, an alternative solution will be offered at no additional cost. 📅 Commitment & security: Breathwork is a powerful method that combines conscious breathing with mental and emotional work.
